All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. You must contact us at 1-800-441-4223 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST time so that we can give you instructions on how to go about doing your return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, also shipping and handling fee can not be refunded.
